You’ll be a trusted advisor, building relationships with prospective and current homeowners and helping to tailor each journey to individual needs. Strong communication and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience or an education-plus-experience combo.
• Experience in customer service and handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is valuable; Salesforce/HubSpot/NewStar helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the community lead in processing agreements, maintaining MLS listings, and responding to customer inquiries.
• Guide customers in Brookfield’s products to support informed homebuying decisions.
• Ensure timely, accurate paperwork and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Design, Construction, and Customer Care to deliver a smooth customer experience.
