Job summary

Pacific Coast Community Resources is seeking a Home Sharing Coordinator to lead the delivery of the Home Sharing program, ensuring CLBC policy alignment and high-quality support for Indigenous and diverse communities. You will collaborate with providers, supported persons, and external partners to achieve contract objectives.

The role emphasizes cultural safety, data-driven quality improvements, and strong documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, psychology) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of CLBC policies, procedures, standards, and contractual outcomes.
• Experience coordinating and overseeing programs with cultural diversity and Indigenous safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Home Sharing program delivery in alignment with CLBC policies.
• Ensure contract obligations are met and documentation is maintained.
• Contribute to quality improvement and measurement activities.
• Maintain confidential records and comply with privacy requirements.
• Support complaints resolution with culturally safe approaches.
