Job summary

LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives to staff on-site retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will help customers, operate the POS system, and support a holiday shopping experience across wine, beer, cider and spirits.

You must be 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and available Fridays evenings and weekends, with potential weekday shifts. Bilingual English/French is a bonus and you’ll participate in store campaigns and training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs / 18 kg and stand for long periods.
• On-site availability Fridays (5:00 pm – close), Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at the POS/cash system with an outstanding experience.
• Ask for donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, and keep the store clean and safe.
• Face-up products on shelves and work well with teammates.
