LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. These on-site roles focus on delivering outstanding shopper experiences, handling cashier duties, stocking, and participating in store campaigns.

Paid online training will prepare you to assist customers with wine, beer, cider and spirits. Ideal candidates are 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and available for weekend shifts and holiday dates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally allowed to work in Canada. Temporary seasonal role.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system and provide an outstanding experience.
• Ask for donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability program.
