Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for our Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, serve customers at the POS, assist with stock, and participate in campaigns that support a great holiday shopping experience.

Training is provided online, and you’ll enjoy a supportive team environment. Availability includes Fridays evenings, weekends, and special holiday dates with potential additional weekday shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods of time.
