Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives for Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. On-site role supporting customers with a positive shopping experience, POS transactions, and store upkeep.

Ideal candidates are 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and may benefit from bilingual English/French capability. Availability includes Fridays evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as listed. Training is provided online.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (SIN, student or work permit)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bilingual English/French is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly.
• Participate in Spirit of Sustainability by asking for donations.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, and keep shelves clean and organized.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs/18 kg repeatedly while standing for long periods
