Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to enhance customer experiences in Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. Roles are on-site, reporting to the Store Manager, and involve cash handling, donations campaigns, inventory reception, shelf replenishment, and maintaining a clean, safe shop environment.

Requirements include being 18+, legally eligible to work in Canada, and a willingness to work Fri evenings and weekend shifts. English/French bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system, promptly and responsibly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Ask for donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and ensure store is clean, organized and safe.
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs./18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods.
