Job summary

LCBO is hiring Holiday Customer Service Representatives to support retail stores across Ontario from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, reporting to the Store Manager, and help customers with transactions, donations, inventory and store upkeep.

The role requires 18+ and legal eligibility to work in Canada; English/French bilingualism is a bonus. Availability includes Fridays after 5 pm, weekends, and major holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service abilities in a retail environment.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system accurately.
• Comfortable working as part of a team during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system, delivering an outstanding experience.
• Ask for donations as part of our Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, face-up products on shelves and maintain clean stores.
• Lift cases up to 40 lbs./18 kg repeatedly while standing.
