Job summary

LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) seeks Holiday Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service in our Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. This on-site role involves using the POS system, supporting campaigns, stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada; bilingual ability is a bonus. Shifts include Fridays evenings and weekend coverage, with potential weekday work based on store

• Bilingual English/French is a bonus.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs./18 kg.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system to deliver an outstanding experience.
• Solicit donations as part of the Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Receive inventory, replenish shelves, and keep the store clean, organized and safe.
• Assist with campaigns and store operations as needed.
