Job summary

LCBO is seeking Holiday Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Ontario stores from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will work on-site, assist customers at the POS, stock shelves, and participate in campaigns to support sustainability and store performance.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will join a friendly team, handle inventory tasks, and ensure a safe, organized shopping environment. Fluency in English is common; French is a bonus.

Qualifications

• You must be legally allowed to work in Canada.
• Ability to lift and stock shelves; high level of customer interaction.
• Availability on Fridays, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using POS/Cash system and provide excellent service.
• Ask for donations as part of Spirit of Sustainability campaign.
• Receive inventory, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and safe.
• Assist customers with product knowledge of wine, beer, cider and spirits.
• Support store operations during the holiday season.
