You will manage full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and build strong candidate pipelines to deliver an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive recruitment experience
• Post-secondary education in human resources, business administration, or related field
• Experience recruiting within both unionized and non-unionized environments
• Knowledge of employment standards, human rights, and recruitment best practices
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office; Workday/ServiceNow preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, candidate qualifications, timelines, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies across various roles
• Manage recruitment for assigned positions, lead full-cycle recruitment or provide expertise at key stages
• Conduct screening and interview activities and provide recommendations to hiring managers
• Source and build candidate pipelines for high-volume positions
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategy and best practices
• Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with policies, collective agreements, employment standards, and human rights laws
• Maintain accurate recruitment information in Workday and other tracking systems
• Create and update internal recruitment resources, tools, and documentation
• Identify and support continuous improvements to recruitment practices, processes, and tools
