You will manage multiple openings, review applications, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and build robust talent pipelines while coordinating with managers and operations. The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to maintain accurate candidate records.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources (or working towards)
• Experience in high-volume hiring environments preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Previous experience with UKG or JD Edwards considered an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
