Responsibilities

• Execute the short, medium and long-term sales objectives for pre-owned vehicles.
• Develop and implement sales plans for your team to achieve monthly and annual goals.
• Contribute to dealership marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Ensure conversion of iLeads to sales and monitor team performance metrics.
• Develop relationships with clients to strengthen dealership presence.
• Lead a healthy safety and compliance culture within the team.
