Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an automotive dealership Parts Department.
• Must be 18+ to meet insurance requirements for operating a motor vehicle.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada with a valid driver's license.
• Must submit to and pass a pre-employment background and MVR screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Detailed understanding of Parts and Service operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution of automotive parts.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms.
• Monitor market trends to anticipate parts demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Supervise parts specialists and coordinate their work.
• Promote and sell parts to customers and build relationships.
• Complete paperwork and process invoices.
