Cambridge Hyundai is seeking an experienced sales manager to drive performance for new and pre-owned vehicles. You will lead a team, implement marketing initiatives, and ensure strong lead conversion while upholding safety and compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years in automotive sales management and excellent interpersonal skills to develop client relationships and achieve financial targets.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of automotive dealership sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of dealership accounting practices, budgeting and expense management.

Responsibilities

• Drive short, medium, and long-term sales objectives for new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Lead and coach the sales team to meet monthly and annual goals.
• Develop and implement dealership marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Ensure strong lead-to-sale conversion and outstanding client experience.
• Monitor sales and customer experience metrics and report results.
