Job summary

Cambridge Hyundai is seeking a Used Car Manager to drive pre-owned vehicle sales and lead a productive sales team in Cambridge, ON. You will monitor performance metrics, convert leads to sales, and strengthen client relationships to boost market presence.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in automotive dealership sales management, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and a results-driven mindset. Knowledge of dealership accounting and budgeting is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive dealership sales management experience.
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline would be considered an asset.
• Must have leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting, budgeting and expense management.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• CRM systems experience is a plus.
• Understanding of Provincial Safety code requirements for dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Execute short, medium, and long-term pre-owned vehicle sales objectives.
• Develop and implement sales plans for your team to achieve monthly and annual goals.
• Contribute to dealership marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Ensure successful conversion of iLeads to sales.
• Monitor sales and customer experience metrics for your team.
• Develop relationships with clients to promote the dealership’s brand.
