Job summary

PAG Direct is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume Hyundai dealership in the GTA. You will be accountable for the dealership’s financial performance, customer experience, people development and day-to-day operations across new and used vehicles, F&I, service and parts.

Ideal candidates bring strong automotive leadership, financial discipline and a proven ability to build capable teams, with Hyundai and import-brand experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years GM experience in automotive dealership.
• High-volume import-brand dealership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and full P&L management.
• Experience across new vehicles, leasing, used vehicles, F&I, service and parts.
• Knowledge of Ontario automotive regulation; OMVIC registration.
• Hyundai, Tekion, DealerTrack and vAuto experience are assets.

Responsibilities

• Own the dealership's P&L, budget, forecast, expenses, DOP and NOP.
• Recruit, coach and develop the management team and promote internal talent.
• Maintain Hyundai Canada relationships and pursue Hyundai President’s Award.
• Lead customer experience and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Drive sales performance with a lease-focused strategy and CRM-driven retention.
• Oversee F&I performance, lender relationships and compliance.
• Lead service and parts performance with focus on profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure warranty administration, repair quality and manufacturer standards.
• Build cross-functional training and succession plans.
