Responsibilities

• Read incoming customer questions and search the employer’s approved online help material to identify the most relevant article.
• Check that the selected article is current and actually addresses the issue.
• Provide the customer with the appropriate link and a brief explanation of the relevant steps.
• Note when no available article covers the question and escalate as needed.
• Refer account-specific or unresolved problems to the proper team.
