Cogir Immobilier in Rouyn-Noranda is seeking a dedicated heavy housekeeping attendant to join our maintenance team on a permanent part-time night schedule.

You will clean and maintain common areas, entryways, floors, and lobby, ensure hygiene standards, and support the team with related tasks as directed.

The ideal candidate has good organization, physical stamina, reliability, and a team spirit; prior experience in building maintenance or senior residence settings is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the premises.
• Clean entryways and common areas.
• Sweep and clean the floors of corridors and workstations.
• Organize or perform related maintenance tasks as requested by supervisor.
• Wash windows in common areas.
• Take out the trash and maintain lobby areas.
• Keep the work environment clean and hygienic.
• Perform floor cleaning and maintenance in common areas.

Purpose of the position

We are looking for a heavy housekeeping attendant to join our maintenance team.Schedule: Permanent position, 7 nights on, 7 nights off.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Maintain and clean the premises
• Clean entryways and common areas
• Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
• Wash windows in common areas
• Taking out the trash
• Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
• Keep the work environment clean
• Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
• Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas
• All other related tasks
