Job summary

Joe Johnson Equipment (JJE) in Innisfil, Ontario, is seeking a Heavy Equipment / Truck & Coach Technician with a 310T license. This full-time role offers a day shift, Monday–Friday, 42.5 hours per week, with strong pay and benefits.

You will service a range of municipal equipment, collaborate with the service and parts teams, and uphold high safety standards. Ideal candidates bring 310T licensing, 3+ years of experience, and solid hydraulic/electrical system knowledge, plus a valid driver’s

• 3+ years of hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on heavy-duty municipal equipment.
• Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more.
• Collaborate with Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and conduct preventive maintenance.

Heavy Equipment / Truck & Coach Technician – 310T Licensed

Innisfil, ON

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 42.5 hrs./week

• Hourly Pay: $35.00 to $43.50/hr. (for 310T licensed technicians)
• $2,500 Signing Bonus for Licensed 310T Technicians
• Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500
• Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training

What You’ll Do

• Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more.

• Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

What You Bring

• 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Positive attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach
