Federal Signal Corporation in Innisfil, ON is seeking a 310T licensed Heavy Equipment / Truck & Coach Technician for a full-time day shift. You will perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of municipal equipment, including vac trucks and street sweepers.

Ideal candidates have a 310T license, 3+ years of experience, and strong hydraulic/electrical knowledge. A valid driver’s license with a clean abstract is required; competitive pay and benefits are offered.

• Collaborate with Service Writer and Parts team for efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and conduct preventative maintenance.

Heavy Equipment / Truck & Coach Technician – 310T Licensed

Innisfil, ON

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 42.5 hrs./week

Compensation & Rewards

• Hourly Pay: $35.00 to $43.50/hr. (for 310T licensed technicians)
• $2,500 Signing Bonus for Licensed 310T Technicians
• Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500
• Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training

What You’ll Do

• Perform safety inspections, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment.
• Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more.
• Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

What You Bring

• 310T Truck & Coach Technician License
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Positive attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach
• Similar experience may include Heavy-Duty Mechanic, Field Service Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Small Engine Technician, Diesel Mechanic, Truck and Coach Technician, Heavy Equipment Technician, Road Service Technician, Shop Mechanic, Lead Hand, Shop Foreman
