Job summary

You will serve as the primary liaison with customers throughout the process, developing repair scopes and estimates and coordinating with internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in technical service or heavy equipment operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to develop repair scopes and estimates.

• Familiarity with service processes and warranty administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers on repair projects.
• Develop repair scopes and detailed estimates.
• Coordinate with Service Supervisors and technicians.
• Provide repairs status updates and project communications.
• Manage warranty repairs and customer concerns.
• Review final estimates and invoices with customers.
• Ensure timely, safe repairs with quality service.
