Job summary

Combined Metal Industries in Cambridge, Ontario is seeking an Equipment Operator to support metal processing and shipment preparation. You will operate heavy equipment, load balers, and help prepare materials for outgoing shipments, while maintaining a clean, safe yard.

Qualifications

• Heavy Equipment Operator Certification is an asset.
• Leadership experience is an asset.
• Previous experience with a baler is an asset.
• Strong English communication skills.

Location: 454 Dobbie Dr, Cambridge, ON N1T 1S7

Shift: Continental Day Shift- 5 AM to 5 PM; Afternoon Shift - 2 PM to 11 PM

CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America and ensure they do not end up in a landfill or go to waste. Our recycling stream ensures that all the ferrous and non-ferrous metals that enter our yards will create something new again!

Here’s where you come in!

We are growing and need a Equipment Operators to join our team at our Cambridge site. You will be trained to operator various pieces of equipment, process and prepare recycled metals for shipment to our customers who will use as raw material in the production of new goods.
