Job summary

SE Health in Canada is seeking a Manager, Risk to oversee risk management processes across the organization. You will collaborate with the enterprise to identify, assess, mitigate, monitor and report on organizational risks.

The role focuses on operationalizing risk programs, developing risk tools, and coordinating reviews. A master’s degree and 4–6 years of healthcare risk experience are required; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, Quality and Patient Safety, Risk Management, or related healthcare field required.
• Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in healthcare incident management or risk management.
• Experience supporting enterprise risk management programs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise risk management processes and risk registry inputs, assessments, monitoring and reporting.
• Maintain risk program tools and resources and administer risk systems for procedures.
• Lead investigations of high-risk incidents and root cause analyses to identify mitigating actions.
