SE Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights to lead the analytics delivery team and transform reporting from reactive to proactive, business-partnered analytics. You will guide data storytelling, dashboard development, and governance while collaborating with clinical and operations leaders across Canada.

You will manage priorities, mentor analysts, and push for adoption of meaningful metrics, with a focus on enterprise data strategies and disciplined discovery.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of analytics leadership experience in healthcare or equivalent industry.
• Proven ability to lead analytics delivery, partner with business and clinical teams, and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics delivery and manage a team of analytics professionals.
• Build and manage analytics demand pipeline with business partners.
• Oversee project planning, timelines and delivery quality.
• Peer-review analytical deliverables including models and dashboards.
• Advance reporting toward proactive, decision-focused analytics.
