Job summary

Trillium Health Partners (THP) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Capital Planning and Redevelopment portfolio. Based in Mississauga, you will support contract administration for THP, IO, and consultants within an IO P3 delivery framework.

You will oversee submittals, project schedules, and PMIS system implementations, coordinating with THP and external partners. You will lead teams across design and construction activities, manage documentation and meetings, and ensure

Qualifications

• University or College degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related design field.
• Minimum of 5 years project management/construction management experience.
• Experience in contract administration on construction projects.
• Experience delivering healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project submittals workflow, log, and reporting.
• Coordinate Project Schedule and Monthly Works Report; track comments and responses.
• Support development/implementation of a new PMIS system.
• Manage filing of submittals with PMIS systems and external PMIS platform.
• Act as THP representative with the Project Company on Wayfinding and Signage programs; review IFC docs and submittals.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders and external partners (PCo, IO, consultants).
• Develop knowledge of Hospital requirements, PSOS, variations, and meeting records.
• Work with team members on interconnected program/building areas including FF&E and operations.
• Receive/respond to large volumes of emails/texts; attend online meetings via Teams.
