You will oversee design, construction, and commissioning of major capital upgrades at assigned sites, ensuring projects stay on scope, on budget, and on schedule while maintaining a safe work environment. Strong collaboration with consultants, clients, and internal teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates all stages of project design across multiple projects to meet budget and scope.
• Liaises with consultants and clients to ensure requirements and Interior Health policies are followed.
• Participates in project steering committees to set schedules and budgets.
• Reviews drawings and specs to ensure standards compliance and user functionality.
• Prepares cost estimates and monitors contracts, invoices, and claims.
• Oversees construction stages to ensure cost, schedule, and quality alignment.
• Oversees commissioning and testing, ensuring space and equipment functionality.
• Ensures health, safety, and regulatory compliance in the work environment.
