Job summary

Trillium Health Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Capital Planning and Redevelopment portfolio in Mississauga/Greater Toronto alongside the IO/PCo framework. You will oversee submittals, schedules, PMIS usage, and coordination across internal teams and external consultants, ensuring hospital requirements are met and projects stay on track.

Qualifications

• University or College degree in a design/build field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years project management/construction management experience
• Experience in contract administration on construction projects
• Experience delivering healthcare projects
• Ability to lead and manage a portfolio of design and construction activity
• Ability to track and evaluate project performance
• Ability to identify risk and risk mitigations
• Knowledge of capital budgets and financial management
• Experience reading construction docs including drawings/specs/reports
• Experience with PMIS systems
• Experience delivering AFP/DBFM projects is an asset
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management with competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications including Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint/Teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of hospital operations is an asset

Responsibilities

• Manage the project submittals workflow and log, coordinating responses within contract timeframes
• Coordinate submissions, reports, and review of the Project Schedule and Monthly Works Report
• Support development and implementation of a new PMIS system
• Upload and manage submittals across PMIS platforms with the Contract Administration team
• Represent the Hospital in interfacing with the Project Company on Wayfinding and Signage programs and review IFC sets
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants, IO, and PCo
• Develop knowledge of hospital documentation and PSOS sections and meeting records
• Work with interrelated program/building areas including FF&E and operations
• Receive and respond to a high volume of communications and inquiries
• Attend and lead online meetings with teams, consultants, and stakeholders
