Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, client services, or related environment.
• 1–2 years of team leadership experience.
• Post-secondary education preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with KPIs and operational reporting.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience with AlayaCare or similar scheduling system preferred.
• Experience with quarterly/annual compliance or regulatory reporting is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and operational standards.
• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and support to Coordinators.
• Lead weekly team huddles and support onboarding and training.
• Identify workflow challenges and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support scheduling operations, escalations, and on-call coverage.
• Monitor overtime trends and improve scheduling efficiency.
• Support billing reconciliation and operational compliance.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Support quarterly and annual reporting through data collection and analysis.
• Identify data discrepancies and recommend improvements to leadership.
