Job summary

Access Healthcare Services Inc. is seeking a Manager, Client Services Coordination to lead our Client Services Coordination team and oversee day-to-day care coordination operations.

The role ensures high-quality, timely home healthcare and seamless service delivery across our Ottawa region. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in Home and Community Care settings and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years in a Client Services Coordination role.
• Experience in Home and Community Care sector preferred.
• Five (5) years of leadership in a supervisory/management capacity.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentorship, coaching and performance management to the coordination team.
• Oversee daily operations of client service coordination for timely service delivery.
• Collaborate with Nursing and Personal Support Services to meet client needs.
• Monitor staffing levels, scheduling and service demand.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and timely reporting.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy reviews.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and training for coordination staff.
