Job summary

Impark, part of Reimagined Parking, seeks a Healthcare Services Director to oversee its largest portfolio of hospital and medical campus parking operations in Vancouver. You will lead a cross-regional team, ensure safety, service quality, and contractual compliance across numerous sites, and drive performance reporting to clients and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-site operations, strong leadership, and the ability to foster relationships with health authorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-site operations management in a regulated, service-oriented setting.
• Demonstrated leadership of large teams across sites.
• Excellent client engagement and relationship management.
• Strong financial and operational acumen; able to review P&L and metrics.
• Able to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-regional managers and supervisors across healthcare facilities.
• Ensure safe, efficient, compliant parking operations meeting client standards.
• Prepare operating reports and oversee maintenance projects.
• Monitor KPIs: staffing, customer satisfaction, compliance, incidents.
• Oversee contractual obligations, safety policies, and incident response.
• Identify new growth opportunities and revenue potential within healthcare.
