Job summary

Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Project Leader, Clinical Operations to join the Site Operations team at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, BC. You will lead clinical projects, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure successful implementation of the Royal Columbian Hospital Redevelopment Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Allied Health.
• 7 years of related clinical experience in health care.
• 5 years’ experience leading program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage projects within a clinical service context to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Align program and service delivery activities across clinical areas to avoid duplication.
• Lead development and evaluation of new or redesigned clinical services to support care improvement.
• Establish project charters, plans and budgets; monitor progress and resources.
• Promote knowledge transfer from collaborations into clinical improvement activities.
