Job summary

Innomar Strategies is seeking a Program Director to lead centralized resources and drive operational excellence across patient support programs in Canada. You will mentor teams, govern program delivery, and align with program management, finance, and clients to meet KPIs.

Seven-plus years in healthcare operations with multi-disciplinary leadership; Lean experience preferred. Bilingual French/English is an asset; strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong operational knowledge and project management experience in healthcare settings.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex programs.
• Lean-Sigma or continuous improvement experience is an asset.
• Fluency in French and English is preferred; strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized resources and support programs to meet KPIs.
• Oversee copay processing, QC, and standardization across programs.
• Partner with Program Management, accounting, and clients to ensure quality service.
• Maintain and update SOPs and work instructions for programs.
• Mentor and develop programs team and drive process improvements.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient program delivery.
