Job summary
Living Water Clinic-Clinica Agua Viva is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support across clinic locations, including hardware, software, network, and clinical technology. You will be the main point of contact for employee IT needs and coordinate with external vendors for escalated issues.
The role emphasizes ensuring minimal disruption to clinical operations, onboarding/offboarding, and supporting AthenaOne and other applications while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Customer-service oriented IT support with strong communication.
- Experience supporting healthcare tech and EHR/EMR systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data security standards is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT support contact for all clinic locations.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, including clinical apps.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors for escalated support.
- Support AthenaOne and other clinical/business applications and assist with new tech implementations.
