Job summary

McKesson Canada is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to deliver courteous, high-quality service to retail pharmacies across Canada. You will be the first contact for pharmacists, helping with product orders, answering questions, and resolving concerns to ensure a positive experience with McKesson Canada.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of customer service experience, CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Five9), and strong communication skills in English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre.
• Experience in pharmacy or hospital setting is an asset.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; French proficiency is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate multichannel support via phone, email and live chat.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships with pharmacies across Canada.
• Resolve issues efficiently and aim for first-contact resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate levels of support or management.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Assist customers with basic product/service troubleshooting.
