Royal Drugs, Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support pharmacists and technicians in fulfilling orders accurately and promptly. This full-time, permanent position requires strong communication and data entry skills.

Responsibilities include handling pharmacy and customer service inquiries, processing payments, preparing IV orders, coordinating with shipping, and ensuring proper documentation and payer information. Salary is $23.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-time experience in a pharmacy environment.
• Experience with IV medications and medical supplies is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer pharmacy and customer service calls within scope of knowledge.
• Receive and sign out narcotic drugs with pharmacists.
• Schedule production for all IV medications.
• Set up patient payment options for medications.
• Monitor orders and liaise with operations to expedite deliveries.
