Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in financial-services technology, portfolio, program or transformation leadership.
• Significant executive-level accountability in a complex regulated institution.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of multiple concurrent, high-complexity programs and Tier 1 initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of Transaction Banking technology domains including digital channels, payments, ledger, APIs, cloud, data, platform modernization.
• Proven experience with portfolio financial management and executive reporting.
• Experience leading senior program management teams across matrixed delivery organizations.

• Define and maintain the integrated Transaction Banking technology strategy and multi-year roadmap across digital channels, ledger and payments.
• Translate priorities into a sequenced portfolio with funding requirements and trade-offs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across multi-year programs and agile teams.
• Own the integrated portfolio plan, critical path and cross-domain dependencies.
• Provide governance, risk, and control oversight with executive reporting.
• Lead portfolio governance and talent development and advise functional leaders.
