Job summary

TD Securities is seeking an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead delivery of Tokenized Deposits and Digital Assets initiatives. You will manage complex technology programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with TD standards and business goals.

You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, translate business needs into epics and stories, manage risks, and drive delivery plans in a fast-moving payments environment. This is a permanent, full-time position in Canada.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT project management, Scrum/Agile delivery, or similar roles.
• Experience delivering complex technology initiatives in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects across stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and governance documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex technology initiatives within tokenized deposits and digital assets.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate backlog with Product Owners and tech leads.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and drive mitigation plans while reporting progress.
• Maintain alignment with business objectives and TD standards throughout delivery.
