Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Vendor Manager to lead ITS third-party governance for critical enterprise technology vendors across Canada. You will drive strategic vendor partnerships, manage contracts, and optimize vendor spend with cross-functional teams.

You will interact with senior leaders, manage end-to-end lifecycle activities, and influence strategic decisions while ensuring alignment with TD's risk and governance standards. This role leverages Ariba and Coupa in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating with executive audiences (VP level and above) is required.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and procurement tools (Ariba, Coupa).
• Vendor management experience with network/telecom vendors is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with cost-reduction experience in IT.

Responsibilities

• Drive vendor governance for major vendors and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead contract negotiations and renewals, managing end-to-end lifecycle.
• Develop and present vendor performance dashboards to senior leadership.
• Collaborate across sourcing, risk, and business partners to optimize ITS vendor spend.
