Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Director, Resident Experience in Markham to lead resident-centered programs across Ontario and beyond. You will collaborate with Operations, Clinical Services, Culinary Services and corporate teams to elevate life quality, resident and family satisfaction, and organizational performance.

The role leads the Resident Experience team, establishes enterprise standards, monitors outcomes and drives innovation while ensuring consistent execution across communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care, senior living, healthcare or related environment.
• Experience leading multi-site programs, service excellence initiatives or enterprise-wide transformation.
• Strong leadership, coaching, facilitation and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the Resident Experience strategy aligned with priorities.
• Coach and develop the Resident Experience team and ensure accountability across communities.
• Establish corporate standards and performance measures for resident-centered practices.
• Oversee design, implementation and evaluation of resident experience programs and standards.
• Partner with operations, clinical, culinary and other functions to support improvements.
