Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Strategy, Operations, and Initiatives to drive the long-term care division's strategic plan and performance. You will lead project portfolios, coordinate cross-functional work, and support executive communications.

This on-site role in Markham focuses on master planning, governance, and delivering key initiatives in alignment with organizational goals. A strong background in strategy, analytics, and stakeholder engagement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• PMP Certification an asset.
• Experience in project lifecycle management and interdepartmental communications.
• 3+ years professional experience.
• Experience in data analysis, budget management and strategic planning.
• Experience with PowerBI is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual business plan and master calendar for LTC Leadership.
• Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate project delivery for the division.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with executive leadership.
• Prepare board materials and performance reports.
