Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Resident & Family Experience Coordinator (Temporary Full Time) in Mississauga to serve as the main contact for residents and families, coordinating care and services that support daily health and well-being.

You will help build strong relationships, lead the move processes, and collaborate with leaders to address concerns, while contributing to a culture of compassion and hospitality across the community.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dedicated to meaningful work with seniors.
• Willingness to coordinate care and engage families.
• Eligibility to work in Canada or valid permit; able to pass Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident move in, transfer, and move out processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to address resident and family concerns.
• Coordinate resident and family satisfaction surveys and action plans.
• Facilitate resident care conferences and coordinate care services.
• Support quality improvement activities and analyze resident/family feedback.
