Job summary

Sienna Senior Living seeks a Senior Executive Director for Fieldstone Commons Long Term Care in Scarborough, Ontario. This permanent, full-time role leads resident-centered care and drives operational excellence.

You will build a high-performing management team, oversee budgets and occupancy targets, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services.
• 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in long-term care or health services.
• Proven track record in team management, budgets and operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with seniors, families and stakeholders.
• Ontario licensed administrator or completed LTC admin program (100 hours).

Responsibilities

• Build a high performing management team.
• Implement a person-centred care philosophy for resident care and clinical services.
• Plan, coordinate, direct and monitor the home’s operational activities.
• Focus on occupancy and revenue goals, including 60% occupancy in preferred accommodations.
• Engage managers and frontline staff to deliver the best resident experience.
• Foster relationships with external stakeholders for seamless transitions in resident journey.
• Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and company policies.
