Job summary

Spellbook is seeking a Director of Product in Canada to own the entire product function. You will set the vision for the product portfolio, lead a small PM team, drive roadmaps, and partner across functions to translate bets into shipped products.

You will report to the CEO and shape strategy while navigating ambiguity. This role demands sharp instincts, AI curiosity, and a bias for action in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Led product at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (Series A-C).
• Experienced hiring, coaching, and managing PMs to raise craft levels.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion a unified product vision across Spellbook's portfolio.
• Build and mentor a small team of PMs, shaping processes and culture.
• Own the end-to-end roadmap, prioritization, and trade-offs for value and platform bets.
• Partner with engineering and design to drive execution with clear specs and feedback loops.
• Lead go-to-market coordination for product launches with marketing, sales, and CS.
