Spellbook is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a small team building AI products for legal professionals. This is a technical leadership role with responsibility for product outcomes, engineering quality, and team performance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in software development with technical leadership
- Strong system design and web development skills
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node, AWS
- Experience leading production software development
- Regular use of AI tools or coding agents
- Ability to prototype and review code
- Strong product judgment and customer-focused planning
