Job summary

Coconut Software is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own a data-driven roadmap, partner with Engineering and Marketing, and champion AI-enabled product initiatives across our SaaS platform for enterprise customers in Canada.

You’ll mentor peers, drive cross-functional collaboration, demonstrate strong business judgment, and translate customer needs into scalable product experiences with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or Banking.
• Collaborate across Engineering and market-facing teams; influence through leadership.
• Technical background with APIs and integrations in scaling SaaS products.
• Experience with AI-enabled products; understand LLMs, data, privacy, and economics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to execs.
• Growth mindset with mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Able to travel to customers or head office occasionally (quarterly).
• Ability to translate customer needs into strategic product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product roadmap and epics; align with OKRs.
• Maintain clear communication between Product and Engineering on requirements and direction.
• Ensure timely launches of products and releases with measurable outcomes.
• Engage with customers to validate需求 and prioritize features.
• Partner with Design, Marketing, Data, and Security to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Develop AI prototypes and customer experiments to test desirability and trust.
• Mentor junior team members and evolve internal product processes.
• Contribute to the evolution of product management practices and tools.
