Qualifications
- Over 10 years of technology program or project management experience, with Agile PM expertise.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and developing strategic metrics to drive business outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence executives and project teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ORC IT programs/projects aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Apply AI development lifecycle practices to projects and ensure quality controls.
- Provide governance across concurrent initiatives and manage scope, budget, and timelines.
- Establish communications and reporting with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Coach and mentor Delivery Leads/Project Managers in best practices.
