Job summary

NetApp is seeking a dynamic leader to head the North America Principal GTM Architects and transform NA Principal GTM Architects into trusted advisors for customers and partners. You will drive the solutions-led GTM strategy, reporting to leadership and connecting product innovation with field execution across North America.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technical sales, solution architecture, field CTO, or GTM strategy within enterprise storage, cloud, or data infrastructure.
• Proven track record of building relationships with C-level executives (CIO/CTO/VP).
• Deep technical breadth across hybrid multicloud architectures and AI data pipelines.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Head NA PGA team of Principal GTM Architects and develop their capabilities.
• Align PGA resources with NA growth targets with AVPs, RDs, DMs, and SEDs.
• Lead executive engagements with CIOs, IT VPs, and LOB executives to drive NetApp’s IDI vision.
• Guide solution architectures and cross-portfolio solutions with product/services.
• Lead NA participation in BSA Working Groups and feedback loops to Product Management.
