Job summary

Pacific International Recruitment is seeking a Regional Head IT Business Engagement for the North America region on behalf of gategroup. The role focuses on aligning IT services with business strategy, leading regional IT teams, and managing budgets and vendor relationships across a multinational environment.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, delivering IT roadmaps, service levels, and technology solutions that enable growth and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or Digital Transformation (preferred).
• 10+ years in IT and business-facing technology roles.
• 10+ years of leadership experience; regional or multi-country IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Regional IT team and deploy IT roadmaps; drive rollouts across organization and to customers.
• Ensure delivery of regional IT services, including support, infrastructure, and applications maintenance.
• Act as escalation point between IT and business; manage third-party vendors and ensure standards alignment.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize projects, and oversee investment intake and budgeting.
