Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to priorities and requirements.
• Resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties per Store Manager's directions.
• Supervise the replenishment process.
• Manage promotional activities and competitive insights to support marketing.
• Assist in recruiting staff for your department.
• Set work schedules within labour budget and meet customer needs.
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams.
• Perform other tasks to keep the store running smoothly.
